Make silence a big part of your life. Making a conscious effort to reduce your talking, switch off the noise around you, and see how silence can hold you in a calm space. Check in frequently to your inner silence as you go about your day.  

When you have big decisions to make, Its natural for family and friends to chime in with advice. Listen ,but when you are ready to finally make that make decisions, drop below the level of noise and chatter to the quiet still space in your heart where you will hear your true voice-the one to listen to.
