31 DAYS OF MINDFUL ME (Day 3 January 2nd)

There are some practices that encourage you to close your  and block out all that  is going  on in the world and create a false sense of  reality. Find a practice that can reduce  your feelings of anxiety and worry,  and allows you to lead a fulfilling life accepting that  some things are out of your control.

I urge you to do your own research on mindfulness, meditation and or yoga. Create a practice that is right for you.  Use these posts as a guide if you are new to the practice or a way to find fresh ideas if you are already practicing.
