31 DAYS OF MINDFUL ME         ( Day 4- January 3)

  • On waking in the morning, don’t just jump out of bed to start a busy day. Take a moment and tune into your body, listen to sounds around you and notice the first sets of thoughts you have.
  • Sit up and place your feet on the floor. Focus on your breathing and straighten your spine. As you breathe more deeply, allow your stomach to rise and fall. Notice how the space inside of you relaxes and your heart expands.
